Flatten with meat hammer or edge of heavy saucer.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  In large skillet, cook bacon until almost crisp.  Add onion and celery; cook until temder.  Spread over meat.  Roll up and secure with picks or string.  Dust with flour and then brown on all sides in bacon drippings.  Add vegetable oil if necessary.  Remove steak and pour off drippings.  Add remaining ingredients; mix; return meat to pan.  Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until tender.  (You can adjust the amounts of onions, celery, carrots and parsnips to your liking.) Chicken Tenderloins or thinly-sliced chicken breasts&lt;br /&gt;Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs to coat&lt;br /&gt;1 Egg&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbsp. Olive Oil&lt;br /&gt;2 Tbsp. Butter&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Pt. White Wine&lt;br /&gt;1 pt. Light Cream&lt;br /&gt;1 Hardy Handful Romano Cheese (preferably freshly grated)&lt;br /&gt;1 package of Mozzarella Cheese Slices&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Chicken&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wash chicken and pat dry w/ paper towel.  Add a couple tablespoons of grated Romano to your breadcrumbs. Dredge the chicken through the egg and then make sure to coat the chicken pieces really well with the breadcrumbs. Set aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prepare large sauté pan by heating combination of butter and olive oil over medium high heat.  Once pan is ready, place breaded chicken into the oil/butter mixture and cook until browned on both sides and set aside. Reserve whatever remains in the pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sauce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In a separate pot, over low heat, combine cream, wine, and romano cheese.  Stir constantly until cheese has melted, let simmer until wine has cooked off.  Add fresh ground black pepper if desired and salt to taste. Add drippings from the sauté pan and stir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Assembly&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place chicken in a 9x13 baking dish and cover with mozzarella cheese slices.  Pour the sauce around the chicken and place in pre-heated oven. Ground Beef&lt;br /&gt;5 Green Peppers&lt;br /&gt;1 Onion, chopped or a sprinkle of minced onions (either is optional)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 cans of Tomato Soup and 5 soup cans of water&lt;br /&gt;1 can of Beef Broth and 1 broth can of water&lt;br /&gt;2 small cans of Tomato Sauce&lt;br /&gt;2 tsp. of Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. of Pepper, or, to taste&lt;br /&gt;3/4 cup of uncooked white rice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Simmer on low until the rice is cooked. If you're here, you received the publishing invite for this blog. We can post recipes here, along with pictures, links, family news, etc... Please ask around to see who received the invitation and who did not. I did not have a complete list of email addresses to send the invitation to, but I can always add more!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A few things to point out:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.) When posting a recipe or anything else, include your name in the title. It will make searching for that particular recipe much easier.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.) The blog title is &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Family of Foodies&lt;/span&gt; but, believe it or not, that URL was already taken! So, while the title is one thing, the URL is &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;http://foodiefam.blogspot.com&lt;/span&gt;. If you don't like the title, I can easily change it, but I unfortunately cannot change the URL.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.) Word verification is turned on in the comments section because it has been my experience that it's more difficult for spammers to junk up the blog this way. I know it's annoying, but it's helpful!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.) For those of you who dabble, you can edit the HTML of your posts by using the "Edit HTML" tab instead of the "Compose" tab. This way you can insert hyperlinks and pictures uploaded to Flickr, etc...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.) No matter which way you compose your post, there is a box at the bottom where you can enter a "Label." Again, this is a great place to enter your name, as well as anything else that might apply to your post. It will be another tool to make the recipe or post more "searchable."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For example, for my Chicken Debbie recipe, I would use the labels: &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Danielle, chicken, mozzarella, cream sauce, comfort food&lt;/span&gt;. If it were a &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;gluten-free&lt;/span&gt; or &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;dairy-free&lt;/span&gt; recipe, I would be sure to add that to the label, as well!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think that's about it.
