A few things to point out:
1.) When posting a recipe or anything else, include your name in the title. It will make searching for that particular recipe much easier.
2.) The blog title is Family of Foodies but, believe it or not, that URL was already taken! So, while the title is one thing, the URL is http://foodiefam.blogspot.com. If you don't like the title, I can easily change it, but I unfortunately cannot change the URL.
3.) Word verification is turned on in the comments section because it has been my experience that it's more difficult for spammers to junk up the blog this way. I know it's annoying, but it's helpful!
4.) For those of you who dabble, you can edit the HTML of your posts by using the "Edit HTML" tab instead of the "Compose" tab. This way you can insert hyperlinks and pictures uploaded to Flickr, etc...
5.) No matter which way you compose your post, there is a box at the bottom where you can enter a "Label." Again, this is a great place to enter your name, as well as anything else that might apply to your post. It will be another tool to make the recipe or post more "searchable."
For example, for my Chicken Debbie recipe, I would use the labels: Danielle, chicken, mozzarella, cream sauce, comfort food. If it were a gluten-free or dairy-free recipe, I would be sure to add that to the label, as well!
I think that's about it. If you have any questions about posting, or would like me to post something for you, I would be more than happy to help out! Just send an email to me: cinelady@yahoo.com.
Thanks for the idea, Anita! This is going to be fun!

This is my new AeroGrow herb garden that Dan bought me for Christmas! I can also grow flowers or salad greens. Right now I am anxiously waiting for my dill, thyme, basil, mint, oregano and chives to sprout! I lead such an exciting life!
